I have lost 5.8 pounds this week, but I am having the same problem as you. I do not exercise enough. I am always busy with something. All I do is walk back and forward on campus between classes and my apartment.

I have zero excuses. My gym is LITERALLY in my neighborhood. As in, I don't even have to get on a major road to get there. As in, I should WALK there. lol I also have a city park with tennis courts, in my neighborhood...I played all through school. I can no longer say "It's just not comfortable to play at my current weight" or "It's so hard to go to the gym once I'm home from work..." LOL It's all right at my fingertips. I gotta do it!
