Yay, another tall sleever.. It's hard to find tall women to look for results. I'm 5'9 too. But at 292.. Ugh. I weight more then my favorite line backer

Couldn't help but see the tall post. I'm a tall girl too...5'9". Tomorrow is 6 months since surgery and couldn't be happier! I went from a size 22 to now a size 14 (not plus).

Highest weight: 278
Day of surgery weight: 265
6 months post-op: 186

Yeah for the 5'9 girls!!! Good job on you loss!!! I hope I can do the same! The sad thing...My Mastiff Mrs. Beasley is my goal weight ..... not manycan say that. LMAO

My surgeon's goal for me is 170 to be "normal" (not considered in the overweight category), but the more I lose I just feel like wet rat sometimes. LMBO! I wish I could pick and choose WHERE we lose it from. I mean if my neck gets any smaller....and my belly stays the same size....I was pretty evenly distributed with my weight and it's been the same with the loss---it's just my own perception.
I started out in a size 20-22--depending on how tight, and now I'm pretty consistently in a 14. I'd like like to be in a 12 regardless of the number on the scale.
I didn't go hard with the weight-bearing exercise b/c I had knee surgery in the past and that's what catapulted my surgery decision. I have walked A TON.

I always feel like I look like a TICK....small head BIG body! It must be wonderful to see the shrinking you! If my tummy goes down last I will look a Umpa Lumpa.

Honestly, we don't have to be perfect to have this surgery. Besides, no one is.
