If you live in MA, think twice before going to Mass General Hospital for plastic surgery. MGH (#2 hospital in US).

Are they saying that the top part of your skin is not part of the tummy tuck? only the bottom? I have been to one that told me that ish! Did they remove your belly button and give you a new one? if not they didn't even pull your skin down

Read your paperwork and sue if you could. I know its a lot of money but its just wrong that they don't want to even help you. I mean come on I can clearly see they didn't pull down enough skin and I'm not a Doctor!

My surgeon who quit the practice said that he couldn't repair the upper ab muscle (one of the reason it looks so awful). Yes, I do have a new belly button and a big indent below it. Big scars from hip to hip. My skin swell up during recovery.

The practice says I need to pay surgeon fee at a discount rate again because my original surgeon left the practice, new surgeon needs money as well. My original surgeon said it was not his responsibility to fix me because he worked for the practice and he left. The patient is the one who left with this to deal with on my own.

The whole abs should be part of the tummy tuck.

Lower body lift is a combination of tummy tuck, thigh lift and butt lift. It cuts the body all the way around. Of course the result is better when there is more operation. But longer recovery, more money, etc.

I thought I went to the best in MA. Mass General Hospital (#2) in US. I end up being treated like I am begging them to operate on me again with a discounted fee of $11k. The average tummy tuck price in MA is $8k. I asked them, what makes them they are that much better after what happened to me?

No freakin way, Munchkin. A tummy tuck should run you about 5k for everything (pre-op, overnight stay etc), that is highway robbery. I paid 11k to get a tummy tuck and a breast lift. Please explore other options before investing your hard earned money with that group. Just ridiculous. Now I'm not upset, I'm pissed.

The good thing about living in MA, there are tons of other hospitals and plastic surgeons. I will find another one. It takes time. I am interviewing. LOL! I feel like an idiot. I thought I did my research.

That is why I came here to share these disfigured pictures with you guys. I was here for years, never heard of something like that. I only saw awesome pictures.
