Weightloss has stopped

I had my gastric sleeve surgery Dec. 10, 2013 and am not 8 months out and have stopped losing weight. I think this past month I only lost 4 lbs. compared to the weight I have been losing. To date I have lost 148 lbs. and still have about 70 lbs. to go. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am wondering if I am eating to much and that's why I am not losing anymore or what is going on with my body. Help!

So ... how much are you eating?

And ... how much are you exercising?

Have you stopped losing weight, or have you just lost more slowly in the past month? I had periods where I lost relatively more slowly, and then a chunk of weight would fall off, followed by another plateau.

Im nine months out and stalled for the last month. It happens.

When I read people asking if someone's eating right or exercising, under this circumstance, it makes me cringe every time. Because I don't like exercising. The thought of jumping up and down or running around. I just keep myself busy and I lose. And quickly catch myself when I get off the eating track. It works for me.

It happens. I loved those first months when it was easier to loose. I had some months that I barley lost weight at all.

Keep working out..take stairs vs elevators. Eat right. Drink water .... It may come off slower and you may have a few bad months....but slow and steady wins the race.
