I had to drop my wedding rings off at the jeweler to get resized. They were too big.

That's a much better feeling than having it resized because it is too small! Mine has been really tight for years and I think my finger just adjusted to it. Now it is pretty loose and slips off easily. I may have to have it adjust too at some point.

Well, Im not sure what NSV stands for but I know its positive

The other day my brother came to town who I hadn't seen since the day I got home from surgery and when he walked in he said "WOW, how much weight have you lost, your face looks thinner!!" I was pretty excited because the people that see me every day can't tell any difference yet. Gotta love baby brothers!!

Hmmm....the most positive thing I've done is get on this forum this morning when I was feeling overwhelmed by my fear of starting my 3 week liquid diet this Thursday! And that I didn't eat myself into a coma last night.....OMGosh, crazy woman me!

So, I am down from a size 20-22 to a size 12-14. I was able to by a size lg in a dress an looked damn good in it. people are constantly asked me what is my secret and what size I where now. Most of my friends back home keep saying "you looking good skinny minny" who would have thought anybody would ever call me skinny. I feel so good about myself I have had low self-esteem but I can tell you with the weight loss I have an every higher self esteem that demands attention when I walk into any room. lol

a coworker said that she wish she had a shape like mine. it was hard to accept the compliment at first. it is is taking practice learning how to accept the compliments and attention. its kinda scary.
