Following my path to health

I am in the middle of my requirements for insurance approval for sleeve surgery, which I hope to have in late Oct or early Nov. I see several members who started out with similar stats as me (230#, 5'4") and with a goal weight of 150-140#. I am like many patients in that I am starting to question my decision and playing the devil's advocate with myself. I still come back to my original decision that this is a great course for me to regain, and keep, my best health. It has really helped stop my fears of surgery by reading of others success and hearing the stories of those who are further along toward health.
