WOW, WOW, WOW!!
One of the smartest decisions I have ever made. I remember sitting here, 6 or 7 months ago, hoping beyond hope that I would one day be posting inspiring before and after shots..... and I hope they do inspire!!! NEVER did I think I would drop that kind of weight in that kind of time. Never did I expect that I would not feel hungry ALL the time. Never did I expect that I could RUN....yes, you read that right! I can RUN, and no one even needs to be chasing me My confidence is up, my stress is down, and I HAVE GOT THIS!!!
I have not had the challenges many face. I keep food down no problem as long as I chew it really well. I found a shake that I really like (Jay Robb egg white protein chocolate flavor). I can eat anything, just in very small quantities. I have been hitting 80-100 g a day of protein as some blood levels came back low so they told me to increase protein and calories. I am getting 900-1100 calories a day. Besides skim milk, I do everything full fat (well my yogurt is 2%). I do not count carbs and actually my body NEEDS healthy carbs to function. I get approximately 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs and 1/3 fat from my calories each day. Knock wood, I have yet to experience a stall that went on for more than 4 days. I did lose a little less this month, but there is less to lose AND my thyroid medication was decreased AND I started to add a very short run to my routine (10 minutes or so). This is my recipe for success so far, yours can and will be different, but listen to your body and YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!!!!
