Maybe ask your doc first? These tend to be gelatinous fiber sort of based stuff that swells up, absorbs some of the food you take in and then holds on to it to get it through your body without absorbing anything from it. I'd just be a bit worried about getting my nutrients and/or having them fill up my sleeve.
Perhaps, though, I am simply too cautious.
