I had my 6 month follow -up on Thursday.. All my labs were good .. I was pleasently surprised when both my trainer and dietitian told me I should add some more healthy carbs..fruit .both said to do this as I am becoming so active !
I love fruit . Since I am getting my liquids and proteins I can add some fruit with my morning cottage cheese ..I just added some fruit from a fresh fruit salad to my ham and cheese chunks .. Yum so good !!happy so. be able to add more fruit to my diet ..
