I thought this was an interesting article and wanted to share. I read a good bit about sleevers beginning at gyms and nervous or anxious about starting and some down right scared. All of this is understandable and reasonable since it's new to most sleevers. My take from this article and how it may apply to the topic of beginners at the gym......the first step is the hardest and the more you go to the gym, the less nervous you feel about going. So getting started is usually the hardest part. Just my 2 cents.

You're welcome "tiffany".....sometimes it's just about getting out of one's comfort zone.....at least initially. Mine will be trying yoga.....I'm a little hesitant, but I know I will do it and at my age, I think it will be good for me.
