Calcium?

Hi everyone,can any recommend a good calcium supplement ? My dear husband bought me several bottles of liquid calcium,for during the liquid stage,he got all orange flavor,which is so gross.any way I am almost done with them( thank goodness) and I looking for something a bit more convenient.maybe some chews or something. Nothing citrus flavor thanks for any suggestions

I use Citracal Petites, not chewable so you need to swallow the whole thing but it's not a big pill

Just make sure that it is Calcium Citrate. There are many different types of Calcium out there but Citrate is the easiest one for us to digest. There are some chew on Bariatric Advantage website but I purchase Caltrate at CVS and it is Citrate with D3 to help absorption.

I really like bariatric advantage calcium chews, I love the carmel or lemon the most myself. You can get at several places though, Bariatric Choice, Bariatric Advantage among others. Check for the bet prices. They tend to be spendy.
