Hi All, I haven't posted in a while,but when I post I feel like I'm being negative.I'm 9 weeks post-op this week.Im still trying to balance every thing I need to do,protein,vitamins,water and trying new and healthy foods,truth is.I still don't feel all that great.I just was in the hospital over the weekend for kidney stones.NOT FUN.so far since surgery ( June 3 ) I have lost 50 pounds. Though it's not a huge amount,I am ok with it.learning this new lifestyle is a lot of work.most day I have to dig deep within my self to keep going.I will be joining the gym this week.so I guess I'm getting there.
