I cant find my paperwork from Mexico!...Sleeved 2 weeks ago and am so ready for soft foods! Just not sure and at what time frames I am to be moving to new things.....HELP PLEASE! AND THANK-YOU!
I was sleeved on the 3rd and I'm on soft foods. Some things I've had so far in the last few days are: eggs, tuna made with low fat mayo, crab meat, shrimp, fish, cottage cheese, cooked squash, and Greek yogurt.
I believe I'm supposed to stay on soft foods for three to four weeks.
Hope that helps!
Everyone has different schedules but you can research net and find various schedules from different doctors or clinics.
I started soft foods 2 weeks after surgery, yogurt, scrambled egg, cottage cheese, refried beans.
I get really hungry which worries me I didn't think you were supposed to feel hunger? I thought that was the whole point of getting sleeved? So I am disappointed as I still have to fight the hunger. I can eat quite a bit now and my weight is coming off slowly I seem to plateau every 5 lbs. i eat mostly protein so I should lose. I am beginning to think its a case of not eating enough where your body thinks its starving and is hanging on to the fat? Any ideas on this guys. Maybe my pouch is too big not sure ?
