I am in the process of having a gastric sleeve operation done. I am having to jump thru the government hoops for medicare coverage.
There are approximately two months to go yet.
It is a scary time, I have to admit.

For almost all of us we had to jump through hoops of somekind during this process. Just use this time wisely and do all the homework and reading you can do to get prepared for surgery. It's a huge life change and it's worth understanding in great detail.

Good luck and be patient, it will all happen in time.

I am 64 and my Doctor will not approve the surgery.
