What is the best shampoo for preventing hair loss?

I just had my dark brown hair colour lifted and replaced with shades of dark blonde... I also had 2-3 inches cut off to try to get more fullness... I'm doomed

Deb~ Did your hairstylist say anything about the hair loss while she was doing the color? I am petrified of my hair completely falling out if I get a color done, but I am in DESPERATE need of covering the greys and the roots! My hair is definitely noticeably thinner now.

I don't know what else to do besides the biotin, protein and the nioxin shampoo...

She only confirmed that my hair is thinning, mostly at the sides. It's been four days and so far, there's been no noticeable change in the amount of hair loss.

I'm currently using Jason Restorative Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner, and and I'm finding it really good

I had my hair cut and highlighted at 6 mos post op by my stylist and I have not noticed any more hair falling out than normal. And when I went back 6 weeks later she said my hair was actually starting to grow back, slowly but surely!
