Just when I was mentally working on accepting that I was going to be 195, I stepped on the scale this am and it read 192. Officially 101 pounds down from the day of surgery which was a year and a month ago. Either way I feel great and feel like I look great. If I get below the 190s it just puts me into that much more of a safety zone away from the dreaded 200s. What an inspiration boost my scale was today!
