Anyone have any nonsurgical results with the loose flab at the bottom of the stomach. Mine isnt huge, but it does hang over. I have 100lbs to lose and can't really afford plastic surgery.
I am NO expert on this.
But I have read (somewhere) that your insurance will cover this IF the overhang causes rashes and infections.
However, I cannot vouch for that being true. Still, it's something to ask about.

I started out at 297, and my stomach hung down and was terrible, and I was sure that I since I am over 40 and have been overweight my entire adult life I would need surgery. However, in the past 6 months as I have lost the weight an amazing thing has happened - my stomach has shrunk! I mean... obviously, right? But now that my stomach is smaller it doesn't hang down like it did before, and I am starting to think that I might not need surgery after all (for that)! My stomach isn't pretty to look at, lots of stretch marks that look kind of bubbly, but my "apron" has lifted and shrunk.
When I lost weight for the Marine Corps, they said used hemroid cream on your stomach and wrap up with plastic wrap. I thought they were crazy, but it actually worked.
Maybe light corset training?
