I am 4 weeks post op!
I am hardly losing weight and I have one coffee a day, 2 protein shakes with fruit, 1% cottage cheese, small greek yogurt, no fat no sugar pudding, and proteins which is chicken breast chewed really well. I am 4 weeks out from surgery and 2 weeks dieting pre op so thats 6 weeks of dieting basically and I have only lost 26 lbs. Help I feel like I am not going to lose anymore the scale is not budging.

dont see anything wrong with what you are eating. coffee isnt a good idea because it doesnt help hydrate you, which leads to the question regarding whether you are getting enough water. if you arent getting enough water, its hard to lose. your body needs it to process the weight loss.

Its only one coffee I can't give up everything I enjoy! Perhaps you are right about the water though.

No worries the weight will come off. I'm a slow loser and I "stalled" for 4 weeks. Just make sure you keep hydrated.

keep going as you are you will get past the stall it happens to most of us also look at it this way you are probably feeling like you haven't lost a lot because you are looking at posts like mine where we have lost a lot more what you need to remember is people like me had a lot further to go i started 85 pounds heavier than you started you may feel like 26 pounds isn't a lot but think how you would feel to walk around carrying an extra 26 pounds of weight in a backpack its probably hard to imagine now! you are doing really well but you will feel better if you put it in perspective like that
