I am 4 weeks post op!
I am hardly losing weight and I have one coffee a day, 2 protein shakes with fruit, 1% cottage cheese, small greek yogurt, no fat no sugar pudding, and proteins which is chicken breast chewed really well. I am 4 weeks out from surgery and 2 weeks dieting pre op so thats 6 weeks of dieting basically and I have only lost 26 lbs. Help I feel like I am not going to lose anymore the scale is not budging.
