My kids went through their rooms the week after school was out and decided they want to have a yard sale. I decided to go through my closet at midnight a couple of nights ago when I couldn't sleep. Well big mistake. I started trying on all the clothes that I wore before surgery and got so excited and happy that they were way too big, that I still couldn't sleep!!! Not only that, the size down from that is loose!! All of this means that pretty soon I will get to buy clothes in a size that I haven't been in since maybe the early 2000's. Oh and the other day the new hospital I am working at was giving out new tshirts and I got one that didn't have an X at the end of the size. It's the little things as they say

I *LOVE* cleaning out my closet!! It seems like I just got rid of the big stuff and into my size 16s, and now I need to pull out my suitcase full of 14s!!
I think I'm going to need another closet

I told my husband that I think I am going to have to buy new clothes and he smiled this huge smile and said do what you gotta do!!

I would clean my closet every week - try on different things. Now, my closet contains only the sizes that fit. First time that I can ever remember where I didn't have a section of the closet that was "I'll wear these when I lose weight."
Pretty soon it will all have to be replaced and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I just went thru my closet a few days ago and I'm shocked at how much I have to give away. In a weird way, I was almost afraid to get rid of those clothes. I found myself thinking, "what if I need these again?" Then I thought, "For what?! I'm not going back!!" Lol! A friend has been losing weight and is a few sizes ahead of me so she's passing clothes back. Woohoo for hand-me-downs!!
