Iron that Does NOT Cause Constipation?

So Vitamin Shoppe has Iron capsules that supposedly do not cause constipation. Okay, I'm skeptical, but I'm going to give it a try and will let you know how it works.

if you take your iron vitamin 2 hours before or after your multi-vitamin it alleviates the constipation. It did for my husband and for me.

Ferro-sequels work for me. They have a stool softener in them. Hope that helps
