I'm in palm beach and the surgeons here are more expensive. I also admit mine is in the top if price even for this area. It's a team of 3 very highly regarded surgeons. In fact 1 was sought after to treat victims after the boston bombings. All 3 are in the surgery. I love that they use twilight sleep vs general anesthesia. After my tummy tuck the care in received was amazing and although my arms did hurt my tummy never really did.

The money does bother me but after almost an entire life of not liking what I saw in the mirror it's hard not to put the finishing touches that reflect all the hard work I did.

There will only be 1 thing left that I don't like....and I think that will be my reminder of what I did to myself and to never return. It's my "bra flap" or excess skin beside my bra... It's almost always hidden so I can live with it. Even in a good bathingsuit you can't see it.

Surgery scheduled for June 26'.

I know exactly how you feel! I don't begrudge those who do or do not want to polish themselves up. When I have reached my goal weight I too want to fix a few things. I think leaving a reminder is a great idea and something I will definitely think about myself. After having gone through this journey and coming out on the other end I just want to complete the process with the extra stuff gone. Heck, it might even bring me below my goal weight with the extra skin gone!! Best of wishes to you and please post an after picture!!
