Summer nausea

Does anyone else get really nauseous in the heat? It's been 90s or above here and it seems that if im outside in sun and hot i start to feel sick. I'm talking cold sweats, and I'm going to puke sick. I don't have a problem being hot while working out in a/c but outside is a different story.

I live in South Lousisana and I do not have a problem with being outside. I am one year out and it is not a problem for me. I work offshore for a living and keep up my own yard and flower beds with no difficutlies. I wonder how much fluids you are drinking and if you are properly hydrated.

Hi there......I live in Dubai and the summer temp gets over 50.....(120 plus) yuk......I too at many times get overheated outside, and it doesnt matter how much water i drink It feels like my inner core temperature has just been maxed out. I put it down to the menopause, underactive thyroid and my temperature sensitivity seems more than other peoples. Do drink lots of water and get cool when you start having those feelings........they are not pleasant x x

Thank you everyone! I will try to get more water in i thought I was getting enough but my body seems to be telling me otherwise. Hopefully the water helps or gets rid of it. If not I will try some other things
