I think most peoples skinny pics are true or maybe that's their motivation picture and it helps.
I just had my band out due to the port sticking out badly and I will be getting sleeved still with my BMI sitting at 22. (Which I worked hard to get to).
Most will say "why don't you just keep eating healthy and exercise"? I do, but with my band now out, my brain is telling my body that I am hungry more then not. The band/sleeve is a great tool to help stop the over eating and constant hunger feeling. I say everyone big or small has their own story and if there is something that will help with not having to fight a daily battle or not go back to what they were in the first place, why not.
They say we all can do it with diet and exercise, so why do any of us do it?
