    Default Rebounding?

So I have my awesome rebounder (personal trampoline). I'm up to 5-8 minutes/4x a day.

This is wonderful before surgery, but after surgery, wait?does anyone know how long I will have to

    Default Re: Rebounding?

Most people are cleared for some working out at 3 weeks. I would think a trampoline would be a little uncomfortable at first, so I would make sure my doctor cleared me for that prior to trying it.

It won't be long and you will be moving from the trampoline to the jump rope. Good luck.
