I am sick for the 3d week now.
First week was too much estrogen in my body. I lost too much fat too quickly. So my liver can not get read of the tocsins and estrogen. I got my period after 3 yeas of brake.
Second week was flu.
Today is the end of 3d week; I am still not strong enough to walk my usual 3 miles.
I am thinking about healthy ways to slow down my weight loss. Will consider any suggestions.
