band to sleeve and weight loss

I have just had revision surgery from gastric band to gastric sleeve, 2 weeks post op
What i need to know from others who have had this conversion, when did weight loss start & what was your daily calorie limit

Hi....I had the same and my loss started straight away, plus i have an underactive thyroid and am menopausal.....28kgs so far, but on a stall at the moment (4 weeks) Everybody is different, follow the plan and all will be well.

What plan, i dont have 1, unless you kean fluids then mushies

yes...thats what i mean.....drink lots of water, dehydration is the first to combat,,,,,,and then liquids/pureed/mushed etc......and then when you get to solids protein is the main priority. But always water !!! xx x You will be great......keep smiling x x x x
