2 NSVs today

Since having the sleve done, I am/amuch happier woman. I do have NSVs daily even if its just running up 2 flights of steps with a laundry basket full of clothes and not feling like I need a hit off of an oxygen tank but today, I had 2 that just really made me smile. First, I bought my first bra ever at Victoria Secret and let me just tell you, my puppies look fabulous in a properly fitting bra. (Sorry if thats TMI but its true). Before when i was thin, I never really could afford to buy expensive bras...but now I can and to be able to wear a bra they made in my size was just wonderul.
Secondly, I bought a North Face jacket that I can actually zip up and looks great. Im afraid Im going to turn into a shopping addict. Its so nice to be able to fit into sylish clothes!!!

As hard as it will be try not to buy many clothes at this time . You will go through several sizes rather quickly.
I started at a 20/22 pants and 2/3 x in tops in Feb. now only 11 months
later a 10/12 pants and a med. top. Many others have dropped sizes even faster than that!
I found a high end resale shop and tried different styles of clothes from there.
I was lucky because the owner saw how often I was dropping sizes , she left me
trade some back.
The only things that I have really bought new were swimsuits, wetsuit, bras and underwear.
You are doing great with your weight loss !

I have shopped so much this winter it's ridiculous. I justify this by telling myself I'm at goal, and will be wearing everything again next winter, and the next. But I have to face it that I am now a clothes whore. Do I really need four puffy vests?

Agree, don't buy too many...in a former life I was a Nordstrom bra fitter and your bra size with change with a 20lb loss or gain!

Great NSV's very happy for you! I can't wait to buy a bra at VS....I've lost a ton in the chest department but don't think they'd have anything to fit me yet...funny thing is that I still hate shopping-I'm between the misses and plus sizes at this point (still in shock about that)....I have all my old sizes 26, 24, 22, 20 in my trunk-I wanted them out of my closet & need to get them to the consignment store ASAP! Currently I wear a 16 or 18 in jeans/pants and a L/XL in tops-from a 26 in pants to 3x/2x in tops.....you drop sizes pretty quick so don't buy much....I bought a winter coat at Walmart for 24 dollars and its kept me warm so far. Not sure what size I'll end up being since I have 37ish pounds left to go.

Good for you! Keep up the good work! I've recently had the exact experience with the Victoria's Secret bras!! It's been so exciting to shop in the "regular" sizes instead of the "plus" sizes!!!

It's all the things that we go nuts about (in a good way) in addition to how much we weigh on any given day.

I can't wait to hit that goal of getting a properly fitting bra. You don't really realize how much that matters until you either get to that point or haven't been able to for a long time. So really congrats on that.

To me the scale weights are fine but I really think it's the NSVs that dominate this arena. Little and big things alike make such a difference for us. Keep up the fantastic work!

I remember my north face jacket NSV. I had to sell it again because it got too big on me.

I started to be a shopping addict as well. Watch out for buying too much, you might lose more weight.
