    Default Water Aerobics

I joined a water aerobics class. It's one hour long. MyFitnessPal says "Aerobics - Low Impact" hat burns approximately 586 calories in the one hour. Do you think that is water aerobics?

I am fine with not "recovering" those calories, but is that bad because then I'm not getting enough calories? I have not had the sleeve yet, and I'm on a 1400 calorie diet.

I admit I am not positive, but most fitness calculators I've seen would specify Water Aerobics. Low Impact usually means the floor kind. There is no impact in Water Aerobics.

Whatever you burn, you're gonna have fun. I've taken Water Aerobics classes and Water Zumba classes and had a blast. I didn't know I could sweat in a pool. lol

put in water aerobics on myfitnesspal.com.....you need to go down the list further.....it's under water aerobics, water calisthenics. For me 30 minutes burns 163 calories
