Do your feet get smaller as you lose weight?
I had bought 3 pair if very nice shoes at the end of last summer clearance. Put them away until this season. I held off on buying clothes but did not give a second thought to shoes. Took them out of the closer all size 8's ,all to big . I was lucky since they were better regular priced shoes a friend bought them for what I paid for them . She got a great deal but I needed all new shoes. We away for the week and hit the Tanger Outlets.I bought 3 new pair size 7..
I have been lucky as far as clothes . Had a friend who gained weight and we "exchanged "clothes so I had extra money to spend in shoes .

It's. The only negative. I lost over a full size. My entire shoe collection had to be replaced. A few pairs I actually shed a tear over.
Hmm this is interesting to know. I wouldn't mind losing a shoe size. Maybe my weight gain explains why I was up to a size 9 in some brands where I usually am an 8.
I didn't think about my feet getting smaller...that is good to know. With 200+ shoes/boots (I don't think I have gotten rid of many) I am guessing I will have to replace many of my favorites. It will be nice to buy boots that aren't 'wide calf' - it does mean some of the pairs I currently don't wear may now be new options.
I went down a size as well.....yea more shopping:-)

I am actually terrified at this possibility. I am a shoe addict. I have over 200 pairs of shoes, and love so many of them. I figured it out and if I had to replace all of them, it would cost at least $20,000! Please, no.
