Wow awesome. That's really fast. I was so hoping mine would come off a little faster. What kind of exercise do you do? What are some of your food choices. Curious because I would like to see 3 pounds per week. I do shake for breakfast and good protein for lunch and dinner and the weight comes off 1 pound a week. I'm happy for the pound but was hoping for more. You have it mastered by those results.

I'm really bad, I don't really exercise at all. I work 40 hrs a week at a desk job, have three kids, and an art studio. I'm busy all the time. My entire diet centers around protien. The weight melted off at first and then slowed down. I will go two weeks without losing a single pound and then lose 5 lbs all the sudden. I just don't stress about it. My goal with this was to be healthy, not thin. I weigh myself once a week and refuse to measure my success by the scale. I don't have a weekly goal.

Good luck, stay positive. Positive thoughts and energy is the best tool!
