how long has your longest stall been?

Hi Everyone,
So I of course have hit a stall, it is the longest one I have been on 7 weeks. I am trying to shake it up exercising more and not snacking at night. Drinking almost 84 oz a day. Anyway it would be nice to hear I am not alone in this long stall. Thanks everyone for all your support

I had 4 months that just went up and down 1-2 pounds. That stinks!!

Mine was about three weeks. I don't lose pounds at a time so a steady losses of 3 10ths to .5 pounds is what I look for. I do weigh every day whether I'm the same, up or down to keep track of things in my own mind, but I don't live and die by the scale. I think one of the reasons I'm having such a hard time hitting onederland is that I've got this concrete number LOOMING and that's causing psych issues in my head. tinman has written many excellent posts about breaking stalls. Ultimately it's trial and error until you find what your body needs.

I'm in a stall now. Not officially, as I'm losing about a pound per week. Still, it feels like a stall. It's been 6 weeks for me. As of now, since my surgery, I've lost 1 pound shy of 70 pounds... I'm 4 1/2 months out. Hopefully I'll be able to lose 2 pounds per week or more soon. Don't get me wrong, I love the 1/2 to 1 pound per week loss.... But I still have a long way to go.

I was on a stall from Jan till end of April, it was the worst thing ever. I finally said no more weighing for two weeks, I was weighing everyday. I also upped my gym workout to 6 days a week and will change it up some. I walked on 15 incline 30 minutes and then would run 10 minutes on 0 incline and then some days walk 10 and run 10, just switching it up helped me to feel better. I was still losing inches I thought. Just being aware of everything you are eating and try to change things up helped me. I hope this stall is over with but I am happy and healthy once again. Good luck to you. Make sure you are getting enough to eat. If we eat too little, our body freaks out and holds on to the fat. Check your protien intake as well.
