Here is a picture of what one of my kids will have for school tomorrow (morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack):
I would take me the whole day to go through that!
(Oh, in case anyone was wondering, the "pizza" is a whole-grain breakfast pita with some pizza sauce, ham, pepperoni, cheddar/mozza cheese, and red pepper.)
