What does it mean?

For me the only thing that I have not be able to tolerate is the Chicken Ring (frozen bag of Chicken Nuggets) I ate two, and It was the same of feeling like it was stuck, and then later that night it gave me acid reflex so bad that I ended up vomiting...

The only other time I vomited was when I ate a McChicken only had 4 bites and I guess the bread was way to much for me to handle.... I didnt even have it down for 10 mins and ran to the bathroom...

It is interesting to see how each person reacts differently; some can tolerate one food, others a different one. Makes this "Personal Journey" more personal doesn't it?

My stomach cannot tolerate any fried food. Which is exactly the opposite before my sleeve.

I am 7 weeks after and didn't have any serious problems. I started to introduce food after 2 weeks with small portions. Only 1 food at the time. For 3 days the same food one time a day. A few times some of them didn't go well. But portions were so small ( 3 baby spoons) so there was just nausea. I was able to prevent vomiting so far.
I also keep an album of my food.
