I have not lost any further weight in 6 months. Despite exercising consistently - 45 mins on an elliptical trainer and strength training 3-4 times a week. I did get lax in my diet and my diabetes A1C jumped from 5.3 to 6.3. I'm back to watching what I eat. I need to lose 20lbs to be at my ideal/goal weight.
Here are my questions:
1. How do I jump start my weight loss again?
2. How do I stop the night hunger from occurring?
