    Unhappy Update!

Don't know why my tracker won't let me update but I am down almost 100 lbs. which is SO huge for me!! (no pun intended) and I am so so happy!!

BUUUTTT... this past week I have definitely fallen "off the wagon" eating such horrible foods, I feel so guilty but they are so good (I also can't believe I can tolerate them?? Kind of wish I couldn't) And in the past week I gained 7 lbs. I am horrified with myself and definitely going to the gym today and putting myself back on all liquids.

I have never gained throughout this entire process so I'm very upset with myself.

Just had to vent... feeling like a disappointment and the worst part is I know it's my own fault.

Also- I am studying abroad in FLORENCE, Italy this summer & want to lose another 50 lbs beforehand so this really isn't helping. Oh well, off the the gym I go, I hope my legs remember how to use the elliptical. Lol.
If I can do it at 19, you can do it at 90

What do you think triggered you to eat the unhealthy foods?
Is it a paticular feeling? Just curious how you recognized it...
If this journey were easy everyone would be on it, it's your struggle! Glad you were able to see what was happening and clip the switch!
I wouldn't punish your body by doing all liquids, trust your belly and put nourishing foods in it.

When we reach huge milestones like 100 lbs, I feel like we give ourselves a pat on the back with food. We feel like "yeah I go this." We forget that we have issues with food and we can't just go all willy nilly. I think part of us is scared of what else is to come. Attention, people noticing, people expecting you to keep losing. We don't want to fail. So we get scared and what do we do then.....eat. So, take a look at what this milestone means to you. What more do you want to accomplish. Also, I thik we also just get tired of working so hard and want to take a little break. Which is fine, if you can do so in moderation. We want to live normally right?

Isn't it amazing how just a few bad days reflect so strongly on the scale. I have had a couple of bad weekends and paid with 2lbs.

Just makes me dig back in and get back on the program.
