I'm on two shakes (or a soup) a day, and one normal meal of protein and veggies. Found my shake very sweet but not too awful, and I bulked the veggie soup up with some steamed broccoli. Reminds me of my dieting days, having to be creative so that I don't get stuck eating the same foods day in, day out :-) Drinking lots too.

Anyone got any tips for surviving this phase? Hunger doesn't bother me, I've fasted before, but all experiences are useful!
