Protein Intake Daily???

There is a brand called Unjury that has unflavored protein powder. They also have chicken flavored protein powder that would be good in soup.

WOW 70-80 grams and plus per day. I was told to start out 40g per day thats with no exercise and it increases as you start to adjusts and include a work out. If thes amounts are the case I'm way under. Thanks for the info. I have to look this up.

they sell a plain whey protein, that you can add to just about anything. I put it in hot tea, broth, whatever. has no taste just protein
