What a beautiful spring day in Maine today. The temps are rising and I'm losing! I hit a little plateau and then a little slow down, but I've up'd my walking, started doing a 28 day boot camp video, and I'm really being careful on my food intake. I got a little crazy when I could eat what ever I wanted and started to eat with my head and not my stomach. I remind myself every day that the sleeve is a tool and it didn't fix my head .
I'm happy to report that I've lost another 1/4 inch in my neck, 1 inch off my waist and 1.8 inches off my hips! I am no longer restricted to clothes with a number in the size
For all those who are at plateaus - just keep pushing through, you can do this. Try adding a burst of speed in what ever cardio you are doing, just 30-45 seconds every couple minutes can make a world of difference.
