This is Suzanne, I am wondering if any of the other patients from March 12, 2014 have found their way here? It took me almost a week to find it, where has the time gone? Ten days after surgery and I think I am doing really well. I have lost 14 pounds since 3/10, the day I left home and weighed that morning. I have been very careful to stick to the approved foods and to get close to the 90 g of protein each day. I am walking a little each day, but need to walk longer.
Anyone have good ideas about tightening loose skin? The amount I should lose is 70 pounds, but I'm over 50, so I am guessing my skin won't magically firm up any time soon? Lol, wish it were so...
