Finally!

I finally recieved my surgery date! March, 25th is the magical day
Although its taken 5 years to get to this point, I thought I would have a couple months to prepare and not only 20 days! No complaints though, I feel blessed to have this opprotunity!
I am only allowed to ingest 4 protein shakes per day and water for the next 3.5 weeks... Day 2 today and its pretty difficult. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with the hunger? Anything you do to keep it under control?

Congratulations on your date! I'm sorry I don't have much to offer for the pre-op. Mine starts on April 2...but will be 2 protein shakes and low carb dinner. And clears the day before. Every surgeon has different diets, I think depending on BMI, or so I've read. I would try to avoid food as much as possible...I know how hard it is. I wish I could just be asleep for the two weeks before.
