Mom thighs revinge

I'm going on 2 months since surgery. And boy what a journey it is. I find myself googling every question possible to make sure its normal to have a great amount of weight loss in a few weeks, to not losing any weight for a few weeks. I will say I was "one of those girls" in high school. I was in karate, cheerleading, softball, soccer any and every sport possible. And when those "mom thighs" hit oh my lawd I was getting pay back (in my eyes). But I decided one day, ok I can diet the rest of my life and play yo yo on the scales and quite this fad diet and quite that fad diet. So one day I decided made the call- and 4 months later I had the surgery. I'm currently 40 lbs down- and just started adding a fierce workout to my daily routine. and boy let me tell you about this workout. Mr Shaun T from P90X and Insanity will kick your butt doing the T25. Im only on day 3 and pretty much cant even hold a pen my fingers are even sore. But I keep reminding myself, summer is coming, you didn't pay all this money, and have this surgery and change all your eating habit, to fail this time. So yes it does feel nice to try on clothes of the size you "think" you are, and they are to big, that is a change for me, they were normally getting to tight and I refused to keep buying bigger clothes. So here I am doing a blog as several people told me to do, because my life geez should be on camera how interesting each of my days are, never a dull moment. But I will say this- I have made the change, I have cut out breads and most sugars, and very happy with the results so far. I have 3 kids, 14 year old that plays select fast pitch, tennis and soccer, 9 year old that plays select fast pitch and a 5 year that plays baseball. So this bank and taxi mom is off for my short butt kicking then to run the kids all over the city for practice, while still trying to figure out what foods to eat on the go for this busy mom.
