We have always gone out to eat at least 2 times a week.
Do not want my husband not to be able to still do that.. Three places that have worked well..
Fast food .... Wendy 's he can get a meal with his side being chili .I eat about half of a small chili.

Pizza.... Cici's ... Take a bowl of broth from the chicken soup and add unflavored protein powder.. Wait 10 minutes and order a No carb Pizza... With extra cheese and all the meats.. This ones in an aluminum pie pan . I scoop a little more than a fourth and add some more sauce.. Also add more sauce in to my pie pan . They do have lids for these.. So I have 2 more "meals" to take home.
