I was beginning to wonder if my body was going to call it quits in the losing department as I approach goal. I got on the scale this morning and it finally moved. Maybe I will move my goal down again. I was very excited to see the scale go down as it has been more than a week since it has. Yay. Stalls still can be broken as goal is approachedAnd I reached the green zone for my BMI. I need to celebrate!
