    Default The shakes

I am one month out and suddenly yesterday I have this awful shaky feeling all over. Has anyone experienced this?

Have you taken your temperature just to be sure you don't have a fever?

Yes, I'm four and a half months and it happens to me. It sort of feels like low blood sugar.

No, never had shakes. Lightheaded once in a while but no shakes.

I did too. It was uncontrollable and really strange. It wasn't that I was cold either, it was just shaking.
I was meeting all my nutrition goals as well. I think my body was finding a way to adjust?.
I have no answers, but I wanted to say I had it happen to me.
It went away after a week. (I think I was 3 weeks post-op) It hasn't happened since, And I have felt great.
I was going to ask my doctor during my check up but I forgot.
Call your doctor would be my best advise.

Thanks everyone. My surgeon was at a loss. He said it might be low blood sugar. I will speak to my regular doctor. In the meantime I will not skip my supplements like I had.

I had it to for about the first 3 months, but it's gone now, pay attention to what you ate when it happened and stop eating it. For me it was always breakfast time that I had the shakes after I ate. I still have a hard time eating breakfast, nothing sounds good or feels good, all the other meals go down perfect. It's very strange
