7 weeks post op from a co-worker doing the surgery. Best choice I have made in a very long time. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which caused havoc on my entire life system. No matter how little I ate or how much a exercised I cold not loose weight. After 3 people died in my ICU after surgery due to weight issues I understood that diet and exercise alone is not enough for me. With diet, exercise, surgery, and a sense of humor I now lose 1-2 healthy pounds a week. I am looking for any advice and tips to make this new lifestyle change a success. If any of have watch TLC's "My 600 pound life" then you know of "Penny's Story" I refuse to end up like Penny.
