I'm getting really hungry!

I don't know what it is but I am almost 6 weeks out from the surgery and in the last week I have been getting really hungry before my scheduled time to eat. I end up eating too fast and too much and then everything hurts for a while but 2 hours later, I am hungry again. I think it might be hormones because I am also moody but it is weird because I didn't think I would feel hunger like that again. Has this happened to anyone else?

This has been happening to me too! I am having a hard time knowing when I'm full and I eat so fast my chest hurts and then sometimes I eat too much and I feel queasy for awhile and feel like throwing up but can't and don't. It's a learning process for sure.

Try and eat a yogurt or SF jello or pudding.
Don't deny yourself...just think good healthy snack!

Make some greek yogurt and add a tsp of sugar free jelly and a spoonful of splenda.
Your gonna want to lick the bowl And you just got protein in the process!!

im 2 yrs out and this was exactly what happened to me i can not express how important it is to get your protien in i have now gained back 20 pds going to go back for a revision drink your protien shakes!!! stick to your diet and snack smart.
