Hello, my name is Renee and I had the sleeve January 6th. Looking for support as well as to give support. This was a huge decision and I'm thankful I had this opportunity to better myself and care for my health. That being said, the last couple of days have been hard because I've had a difficult time keeping anything down. So I'm taking it a day at a time and dreaming about the results!

Congrats on joining the sleeved side! Lots have some trouble at the start with keeping things down. I was lucky in that respect, I didn't have any trouble, just make sure you're taking small sips. This too will pass. You've just had major surgery and you insides are swollen, hopefully it'll get better soon! Good Luck!

Welcome to the forum. We are a friendly bunch here willing to offer support or share advice. I am sorry to hear that you have a hard time keeping thins down. Like Peggy says remember small sips. Be careful not to drink too much. I find it helpful to find those few things that your stomach likes and use them to settle things down before trying a new flavour. It will get better.

Welcome and sorry to hear your not doing good, it will get better. Just stay focused on the end result and take it slow, you will do fine. Find a few things your new stomach can handle and stay with that for awhile. Keep us posted.
