Hello everyone! I am 1 month post OP and have a couple question.....I guess I'm just wondering if I am eating enough. lol. Boy does that sound funny.
1. How many calories does everyone eat at this point?
2. What are some sample meal/daily menus for what you other 1 month sleevers eat? :-)

At one month I was on pureed & full liquids still. Cream soups,cottage cheese,ricotta cheese,Greek yogurt,jello,sf pudding,tuna fish,oatmeal,instant mashed potatoes. Good luck to you!
