    Default P90x????

    Hey,

I was given P90X and adjustable dumb bells for Christmas. Today I did my first workout synergistic.... I think I may be out of my league

Last month I used the biggest loser workout on Apple TV. Biggest Loser was hard but manageable. P90x is insane for me right now.

Any suggestions on a good workout video? I didn't lose any weight from day 30-64 but my waist size is down a few inches.

    Thanks,
    DC

P90s are insane. and definitely not for someone that isnt already in pretty good shape endurance wise.

I use T 25 (Shaun T) also from Beachbody). If the weather is nice I walk/jog 2-2.5 miles instead. I don't have lots of time so I like T25. It's a good workout, gets progressively harder but also doable for someone with limitations. Main point is to just do something!!

Great Advice! I ended up switching to P90X3. Its only about 30 mins. I get through, its not tru to form but at my weight I just do it the best I can and as many days as possible.
